GGJ24: The Best Medicine

Chuckles the clown loves putting smiles on children's faces, especially with his patented Smile Beam (TM). What could be so wrong with spreading J̶̦̀Ơ̷͔Y̶̺̓ ̸̤͠A̷̙͝N̷̼͂D̴͇̃ ̶͈̂H̸̼͛A̸͚̕P̵̈́͜P̶̠̅I̵͙̎N̷̖̒Ě̵̘Ś̸͔S̶̰̃?

Originally was going to feature 3 levels, where each kid must be shot with the SMILE BEAM, each stage the SMILE BEAM malfunctions and causes children to become LAFFERS and chase the player.

The ending was going to be the clown shot with his own gun. Laughter IS the best medicine afterall

This was my attempt after jamming for only 5 hours as I attended the jam late.
